Gorgeous fully renovated 3 Bedroom retreat with neutral tones and vinyl wood planks throughout has lots of extras. 3 bathrooms have marble tile spa showers with seat and updated vanities. Full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high quality cookware/bakeware, stove top and electric tea kettles, griddle, toaster plus toaster oven, Ninja food processor, and oven has air fry capabilities! Large dining table for 8. 3rd bedroom is a King suite with kitchenette. Kitchenette includes stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator with ice maker, mini dishwasher, and microwave. Also included is a coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender, and double hot plate. This property offers a 65” TV in main area, 50” TV in first bedroom, 32” in second bedroom, and 55" in third bedroom. All Smart TVs with premium cable and streaming capabilities. Cable package includes 200+ channels. 1 GB internet service. Guests can access streaming apps via their personal subscription log-in details. Desk in main area for flex-cations. Laundry closet has cabinets, counter, and full-size washer & dryer. Ceiling fans in main area and bedrooms. Refresh and relax on your private balcony with wooded view as you enjoy the great outdoors. Or take a dip in the beautiful Laterra pool! If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. And, while this 2nd floor unit has elevator access, it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

    We needed a place short notice for our family and this condo did not disappoint. It's nicely furnished and comfortable. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool and other amenities but they looked nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable.

    The "Classy Renovated Retreat" was perfect, from the beautiful long wooden table with plenty of seating, the kitchen was spacious, plenty of room to cook together. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing, the whole family absolutely loved them. The pool and hot tub were clean and in excellent condition.
