Retreat to this cozy 1 Bedroom, 2nd floor condo in beautiful World Golf Village. Beautiful updated floors. No carpet! Full Kitchen with all essentials and large dining table is great for entertaining family and friends. Move out to your private balcony and read a good book or just enjoy the beautiful Florida climate. Washer and Dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in main area and bedroom. Sofa sleeper serves as a 2nd bed for accommodating 3rd and 4th overnight guests. Dedicated workspace in main area for flex-cations. LG Smart TVs with Premium cable package. 65" TV in living area and 55" in bedroom. Streaming apps can be accessed via the guest’s personal log-in details. And don't forget to take a dip or relax by the pool which is located next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. And, while there is elevator access to this 2nd floor unit, it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

  This property is located in a beautiful area. Marilyn, the property manager went out of her way to be accommodating and responsive to our needs. The property is most obviously not been updated for probably 20 years or more, and is needing some money sunk into it (new furnishings, cabinets, etc). It could use a deep clean (air vents, washing down walls with dust and cob webs, etc). With all that said, it was still a nice getaway.

  My family of 3 stayed in this condo for 7 weeks as we waited for our home to be finished. It was a comfortable stay and the amenities and location were great. We enjoyed time at the pool and hot tub and my husband made use of the gym. When I requested a couple of minor things of maintenance (light bulb replacement, unstick tub diverter) it was taken care of in a timely fashion. Lots of restaurant and shop options nearby at the Murabella shopping center. Plus a new Costco relatively close by as well. Also recommend AJ's Kitchen and the Circles of Wellness spa that we waited until our departure to enjoy. My only critique is that the furniture in the unit is a bit dated, but it's functional and nothing inherently wrong with it.
