This third floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath charmer with updated real wood floors has spacious open floor plan. Beautiful décor, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, large dining table, and 65” Smart TV with premium cable package make this a perfect place for creating great family memories. Cable package includes 200+ channels. 1 GB internet service. Apps are accessible via guest's personal log-in information.
Laundry closet in bathroom has washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in bedroom and main room. Refresh on your private balcony as you enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine, and make sure you take a dip in the beautiful Laterra pool located in the courtyard of the 955-building next door. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this unit has elevator access it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the owner has a strict no pet policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required third-party pet screening at least 2 business days prior to guests’ arrival for approval. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Assistance animals must be house trained and are not allowed to be left unattended.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

  Great location and the managemet company was helpful! The kitchen had every gadget imaginable! Very well equipped! Wifi great! The leather couch and large chair were not very comfortable to sit in (sliding when sitting and couch was shallow). Sliding glass doors could use some sheer curtains if someone is using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

  Best sleep the wife & I ever had we actually took a picture of the mattress name so we could buy one. It was that good. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat at home. Located close to shopping, nightlife, beaches & all St Augustine has to offer. Golf is everywhere. Internet very fast. I do wish the patio furniture would have been a little more comfortable but overall just a great unit.

  In general, a good well priced rental. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from groceries and restaurants. 20-30 minutes from the ocean depending on traffic. The floors could've used a more thorough cleaning before we arrived. We had to sweep and mop right away. The bed sheets need to be replaced.
