We left the light on for you in this unique two-bedroom, top floor condo. Warm colors make this an inviting home away from home. Full kitchen with large dining table encourages home-made meals with family and friends. Rest and relax on one of your two private balconies located off each bedroom. Garden tub and separate walk-in shower in first bathroom. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Ceiling fan in main room and bedrooms. Second bedroom is a King Suite with kitchenette, small dining table, and private entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and coffee. Sofa sleeper serves as a 3rd bed for accommodating 5th and 6th overnight guests. This unit offers a premium cable package. 55" Samsung smart TV in the living area. 42" TV with Roku only in the master bedroom. 32" TV with cable in 2nd Bedroom. Apps can be accessed via the guest’s personal log-in details. Make sure you take a dip in the sparkling Laterra pool located in the courtyard of the 955 building right next door. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this third-floor condo has elevator access, it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

    Our family was very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the location. The restaurants in the area were excellent. We all enjoyed our visit to Old St. Augustine as well as the world golf museum and we also made trips to Amelia Island and Daytona Beach. The golf courses in the area were reasonably priced and very nice as well.We are planning to return again within the future as well.

    My family and I relocated to Florida, with the expectation our home was going to be completed within a certain date range. We thought we buffered our first short term rental with enough time, but sadly we were mistaken. Fortunately for us, someone recommended International Golf Realty, and with a little luck, they had an available unit, and at a much more reasonable rate than our initial short term rental. Wish we found them to begin with. The accommodations were more than we could have expected. The location, building, unit, is simply first class all the way. And the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, when we had one little mishap. On behalf of my family and I, thank you very much for making an already stressful relocation, a little more bearable.
