Escape for a romantic getaway in this beautifully decorated top-floor studio efficiency condo with full kitchen. Soft neutral colors invite rest and relaxation in this beachy nautical themed décor. Read a good book on your private balcony while you enjoy the beautiful Florida climate. Don’t miss taking a dip in the gorgeous and refreshing Laterra pool or working on your tan beside the pool. The pool is conveniently located in the courtyard of your building. No washer or dryer in condo. This unit offers a 55" Smart TV with Roku and standard cable. Apps can be accessed with guest’s personal subscription log-ins. Baby items are available upon request with 24 hours' notice. This includes a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and porta crib. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, towels and ice chest) are in the unit. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this third-floor condo has elevator access, it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the owner has a strict no pet policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required third-party pet screening at least 2 business days prior to guests’ arrival for approval. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Assistance animals must be house trained and are not allowed to be left unattended.

On day of check-in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. We can add them prior to your arrival, or after arrival you can contact the gate directly to add any guests. Please send a message with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.

  Overall very pleased with unit and rental experience.
  Very clean and well-equipped (happily surprised by "dispensibles": paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soaps, hand soap, etc.; clear rental instructions; helpful guide book, generally very quiet.
  Room for improvement:

  Never got key card to open fitness site down the road - decided not needed enough to call,
  4 hours Tuesday mornings landscaping noise stressful,
  Lack of proximate self-laundry an issue for month-long stay - fortunately family close by.

  We loved our studio apartment. It was lovely, large for a studio wonderful surprise, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bath towels were soft and fluffy. It is a short drive to St. Augustine and a Costco close by. If we ever come back to visit we will come back
