Laundry room with washer, dryer, and folding counter in condo. This unit offers Smart TVs with a premium cable package. Guests can access apps via their personal log-in credentials. Don't miss the opportunity to rest and relax on your private balcony with wooded and parking lot views. And, then take a dip in the refreshing Laterra pool located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this second-floor unit has elevator access it is not ADA compliant.

We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval, please go to www.igolfrealty/petscreening.com. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.

Laterra is situated near two award winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear across the street and The Slammer and Squire five minutes down the road. Onsite you have access to the beautiful Laterra pool and Circles of Wellness Spa. Right down the road you also have access to the King & Bear fitness center, lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass, which is provided upon request.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf you are five to seven minutes from great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall. Twenty minutes away you will find great sandy white beaches and Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear, near the amenities center.

  The area where this unit is located, is a very nice golf community.
  
  We loved the layout of the unit, and it gave our family plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. It was well stocked in the kitchen, the bathrooms had a good number of towels, the closets had extra blankets & a good number of hangers, and the little touches were very nice too (towels for the pool, tissues in the bathroom & hand soap by each sink, and some welcome snacks).
  
  The unit does need some updating (especially the showers, and furnishings -- my husband found the sofa and bed in the master bedroom uncomfortable).
  
  We did love the pool and hot tub near the unit, plus the gym we had access to & another pool, were a short walk further down the road from the unit.
  
  We would consider renting this place again, in a pinch, but would consider other more updated units first.
  
  The property manager was very responsive to any questions or suggestions we had, and we would rent again from a place she manages.

  Wednesday to Sunday, this was the perfect spot and place to relax and enjoy FL. The place was perfect with plenty of room, clean, and well stocked for what we needed. Marilyn was very responsive when asking questions. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
